 Popis úkolů a požadavky

We are looking for a driven social media production manager with hands-on experience managing production of all scales. The successful applicant will know how to leverage all resources in the most effective way to deliver the specific outcome needed by utilising the most effective tools/processes. Understanding of production methods such as photography/sound recording/videography is an advantage. This applicant would possess an understanding of engaging online communities and social networks in a professional capacity, to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users. The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. Another goal is to get people talking on all available social media platforms and they know how to measure and report on the conversations. We are looking for an active and web savvy person who should be a pioneer on the leading edge of social trends, who seeks a brand for which they could passionately advocate. Understanding all the above is an advantage but not a must, training will be provided. RESPONSIBILITIES Production • ensure that the production is cost effective • estimate costs and set the quality standards • planning and organising production schedules • assessing project and resource requirements • estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers • determining quality control standards • overseeing production processes • re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary • selecting, ordering and purchasing materials • liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff • creating a database of contacts for various production tasks Social Media Management • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions • Making sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors; • Conduct periodic management review meetings
