Worked for more than 10 years on a full-time basis for multinational companies. I joined and practiced to work in a growing and changing international environment where became a key IT person for System, Network, and Applications maintenance and problem-solving to fully satisfy the needs of management and all of 190 users based in 7 office locations (1 local and 6 abroad) when joined Medtronic, later on about 1000 users in 14 countries. 2 years implementing and administering IT infrastructure newly created Global Delivery Centre, including end-user support. Last year worked as IT Helpdesk Specialist – Senior as Contractor / Freelancer.
