For over a year and a half I worked for the international corporation Scheidt & Bachmann where I managed projects in countries such as the USA and the Central European market. After this experience I tried a smaller company GoodRequest which is a service company focused on app development, web development and various information systems. There I led several teams with an average of 10 people consisting of developers, designers, analysts and testers. We created solutions focusing on telco, banking or AI. That's where I've spent the last 2 years. I have a lot of experience managing multiple teams at the same time. We worked within the Scrum methodology. Atlasian, MS Project, Figma are the most used tools in project management for me.
