On July 12, 2022, I successfully completed my bachelor's studies at TUB in Zlín at the Faculty of Technology. The beginnings of my engineering practice began in the tool shop at GYRUS s.r.o., where I worked manually on undemanding finishing operations. As part of my high school internship, I went through the entire company and tried every position in production and control. At KR-TOOLS, I operated a CNC lathe with a Siemens operating system, on which I changed pieces and adjusted corrections. The company also allowed me to attend the Sinumerik system programming course. I gained experience with project management mainly during the processing of my bachelor's thesis on the topic Construction of crushing equipment for the recycling of 3D printed parts. The task was to analyze the issue of crushing and accordingly design a crushing device and, in the end, to develop drawing documentation. I am attaching a link at the end. The goal was to produce the device as well, but due to time constraints, I did not manage to do it. I have been working on production for the last month and am currently waiting for the delivery of the manufactured parts to assemble the device. During my studies, I wanted to start making eyeglass frames using 3D printing with two friends. In our spare time we worked on the model and thought about production. After about half a year, we produced the first product. First we printed with FDM technology and then SLS. Unfortunately, the project was canceled due to financial reasons. I only encountered strength tests at school, where we performed basic calculations (design of gearboxes, jacks, etc.). Last year, we performed a more comprehensive analysis where we mainly examined the static load of components using the NX program. In my free time I do DIY and 3D printing, I combine both. I mostly model parts and assemblies in Inventor and graphic elements in Fusion 360.
