Over 20 years of professional experience as Quality Manager/Engineer, gained in both the service and the manufacturing international organizations. Most recently, I worked for 14+ years in nuclear industry delivering high-quality solutions for complex and challenging nuclear projects of our clients. My core competencies include developing and implementing project quality documentation and management systems. Experienced in development, implementation and maintenance of management system and project’s documentation, communication and cooperation with customers and suppliers, execution of internal and subcontractors’ audits, technical problems solving, data analysis, using of quality and continual improvement tools such as process value stream mapping, FMEA, Pareto analysis, statistical process control, root cause analysis, control plans, 8D reports, etc. During my career I passed several trainings including IRCA Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, NDT VT level 2, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training on methodology and techniques for processes improvement.
