With over fourteen years of experience in supply chain and project management, I have developed strong competencies in process improvement and creation, problem solving, and risk assessment. My mission is to help clients optimize their operations, enhance their customer service, and increase their profitability. I am currently a Manager Supply Chain Consultancy at ACTUM Digital, a leading digital transformation agency that provides innovative solutions for various industries. In my current role, I work with clients from different sectors, such as retail, manufacturing, and logistics, to analyze their current processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and design and implement new workflows and systems. I leverage my PRINCE2 certification and my previous experience in e-commerce to deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Some of my recent achievements include opening the first in-store picking and home shop center locations for Albert Česká republika, creating new processes for the end-to-end online sales channel, and collaborating on the implementation of a new warehouse management system. I also work closely with colleagues from the parent company in the Netherlands, as well as with IT and business representatives, to ensure alignment and coordination of the projects. I am passionate about learning new technologies and best practices, and I enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
