My name is Adriana and I am 48 years old. I speak slovak, czech, english, german and understand serbian and ukrainian. During my career I worked on more managerial positions, starting from Purchasing manager and I finished as General Manager. All were positions in automotive production companies with known names but that time not established standardized processes. During my time in that companies this was one of my tasks to define the process, implement it and than standardize it over the whole plant and sometimes also in other plants of the company. In this I was succesfull and this way we solved many issues in HR Departments, Operations, Purchasing. And it was something what fullfilled myself. I was responsible to manage HR Departments and Operations which are very linked together, Purchasing, Project Management, Finance & IT and Quality. We developed with my team to HR Strategies and Benefit & Compensation Strategie, Purchasing Supplier Selection Strategy, Operations Rules and Standards, ... and all this also with monitoring of its effectivness. I was also fully P&L and Budget Definition Responsible with direct presentation and approval process with Headquarter. After my career in automotive I decided to establish my own personal agency – I was the only owner and CEO. We had app.900 employees which were working by our clients. All we did was to make customer and our employees happy. Part of my job were also definition of HR Strategies with my team and define the compensation & benefits. I also implemented EOS (Emplyee Opinion Survey) in which we achieved 93% satisfaction. I am sure I am the right fit for you to support you with topics inside you company.
