I started programming at the age of thirteen. In 1998 I sold my first information system programmed in Pascal. I also learned other languages like PHP, Python, Java, JavaScript, Yoko, Bo, HTML/CSS, or MySQL/Postgres. Then I moved into a consultant and analyst role. I started working as a solution architect in high school and managing projects. After university, I was already a senior project manager. Over time, I acquired an overlap in enterprise architecture. I have worked as a technology guarantor for the last two years. I also managed the project office and/or the IT division. As a project manager, I have experience with around 150 million crowns or high-cost projects with a daily budget of up to 2 million crowns. Currently, I'm working for the biggest payment institution in CEE. Our main goal is to develop a robust, complex system from the greenfield. It will flow through this system cca 800 mio. CZK per day. It is absolutely crucial project. I want to further focus on complex and complex, at first glance, unfeasible projects or anchor in line management as the head of a project office or CIO/CTO. I profile myself as a technology project manager at an expert level.
