I have strong focus on Transformation (digitalization) & Automation of company processes, innovation, and implementation of IS. My work is divided into two main areas: 1. Identification of correct processes for Transformation & Automation Process & RACI mapping, possible standardization, elimination of wrong outputs from processes, usage of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, TRIZ methodologies. Once strong process baseline is set, then I focus on 2nd area: 2. Transformation & Automation Proposal and selection of best possible solution for automation, architecture from following methods and successful delivery: Implementation of IS (HR, IT, Finance, OPS - ITSM) or ERP, Implementation of RPA technologies (UiPath, BluePrism), Implementation of BPM tools and following development (Nintex -K2, RunMyProcess, OutSystems, PowerAutomate), IS API integration, database cross-connection, Software development (Full end to end SW development consisting of staffing, team management according SCRUM / Agile practises), Complex Project Management skills (Prince 2, ITIL, IPMA, IT4IT, SCRUM) I'm interested in Microsoft technologies products portfolio and focusing on Office, SharePoint, Power Automate, o365 automation.
