JOB DESCRIPTION 
 
 
–Incident resolution: Lead the technical response to high-priority (Sev 1-4) incidents, ensuring system stability across CET, USA, and APAC time zones. 
–Collaborate with teams: Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and propose solutions in coordination with client teams. 
–Preventive support: Conduct system health checks and knowledge-sharing sessions, addressing issues proactively to maintain system performance. 
 
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
 
 
–MQ expertise: Strong experience in configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting MQ messaging systems in complex environments. 
–Proven skills in resolving critical system issues and collaborating across time zones. 
–Availability for on-call support (9:00 – 17:00 CET/USA/APAC). 
–3+ years of experience with MQ or similar messaging middleware. 
–Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
