Popis úkolů a požadavky

Tasks:
• Complete responsibility for a technically demanding project in the field of tolling systems
• Organising regular project meetings
• Tracking the progress of the project and structuring work packages
• Collaboration with the PMO to adhere to standardised processes, as well as support through templates and project schedules
• Resource planning and scheduling of suppliers and subcontractors
• Management of project reviews and interfaces like supply chain management, PMO, etc.
• Risk management with the help of Power BI and Jira/Confluence
• Project Review Management (presentations at board level on monthly bases)

Requirements:
• Profound Knowledge as an experienced Senior PM (certification of advantage)
• Technical affinity required
• Experience in traffic management or aviation of high advantage
• Cloud system experience and knowledge with Jira in risk managent
• Project related expereince wth PM Tools, lieke MS Project, Excel, Power Bi etc.
