• Designing ServiceNow solutions for the telecommunications industry with a focus on SAM PRO modules
• Technical leadership from solution development to implementation in projects.
• Thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations for quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Experience with SAM PRO implementation: configuration and delivery of SAM PRO modules, management of assets, contracts, permissions, etc.
• Help with data loading: including one-time manual loading and ongoing data loading via integration (e.g. SCCM).

• Proven experience as a technical architect in the telecommunications industry, specializing in the ServiceNow platform.
• Extensive knowledge and practical experience with ServiceNow modules, especially SAM PRO.
• Good understanding of processes, workflows and best practices in the telecommunications industry.
• Executing S/W asset optimization: gathering WF, analyzing S/W usage, monitoring license agreements, reducing waste, which in turn leads to cost savings.
• Creating dashboards and reports to show accurate asset information, S/W license compliance, risks, costs, etc.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
