For our client, a company from the telecommunications industry, we are looking for a ServiceNow Developer (m/f/x) with ITSM (IT Service Management) module knowledge and CSM 


Start: asap  
Duration: 6 - 12 months with option to extend  
On-site: remote, worldwide  
Workload: 100% 


   


YOUR CHALLENGE 


  • The client is a local telecommunications company currently implementing ITSM & CSM within ServiceNow 

YOUR TALENTS
 
  • At least 8-10 years ServiceNow experience (development, technical programming, object-oriented programming, etc.)
  • ITSM & CSM experience
  • Experience in complex environments (large customers with complex system ecosystems)
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry desirable
  • Already implemented in projects or supported in implementations of: ITSM
