Infrastructure Engineer – VMWARE administrator

The Infrastructure Engineer VMWARE is responsible for installation, maintenance and issues resolution of VMWARE virtual environment within both the global and remote locations of DPDHL IT Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Installation, management and routine upgrades of VMWARE infrastructure
Provide support of VMWARE virtual environment
Provide support of Virtual Machines hosted on VMWARE virtual environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge VMWARE vSphere ESXi, vSAN and operation tools
Candidate should also know more than just vSphere from VMware and also be good in PowerShell/PowerCLI scripting
Familiarity with MS Windows or Linux RHEL is an advantage
Advance experience in VMWARE infrastructure
Skill in Information acquisition and analysis
Experience in a large, multi vendor, computing environment preferable
High school/University degree specialized to computer/technical area is preferred
Ability to build and maintain partnerships
Fluent English language
