For our client, a DAX group with more than 100,000 employees worldwide, we are currently seeking a

Senior Developer (m/f/d) Python

Start: January 2025
Duration: initially 6 months with option to extend
Location: remote, 1-2 onsite appointments per quarter
Workload: full-time 100%


Tasks:

- Our client needs support in the Backend-end development of a mobile application to control a precision farming solution
- Development and implementation of Rest / JSON based Backend Services auf Basis der Nvidia-Jetson-Platform mit Python


Requirements:

- Degree in computer science and several years of experience in software development
- Excellent skills in Python, around 5 years of project experience upwards
- Ideally experience with the context of the Nvidia Jetson platform
- Proven record of developing production-ready software solutions, ideally in scalable cloud infrastructures (Focus AWS)
- experience with Poetry, Github, Linux
- Understanding of Database concepts: NoSQL and SQL
- Very good communication skills with international teams
- Very good English language skills
