We are seeking a Supplier Enablement Specialist for a major IT Digitalization project. Your role will focus on smoothly onboarding suppliers into the Coupa Source-to-Pay system. If you have experience in supplier management, strong communication skills, and procurement expertise, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Skills
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new suppliers into the Coupa system, ensuring seamless integration.
- Provide comprehensive training to suppliers to familiarize them with our systems and processes.
- Offer ongoing support to suppliers to address any issues and maintain compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline supplier enablement procedures.
- Maintain documentation for onboarding and training processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Your Tasks
- Experience with Coupa or other procurement systems is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support external stakeholders effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple supplier onboarding processes simultaneously
- Experience in supplier management, procurement, or a related field is a plus
